Hey there.
I wanna be frank with you – I’m immensely unable to pick up women – and that’s frustrating. All my Friends (some are female) wonder why I don’t have a girlfriend- and so do I. I can talk to men and taken women – but with those I actually do want to talk – i cannot. It puts me under so much pressure – it’s ridiculous really.
I understand that this sounds very desperate – so I expect some ve-ery funny answers suggesting I was gay – that’s okay – i can live With that as long as there are real answers, too.
I need a thorough safety net. Something that with a bit of alcohol will work at least a little so that i can get used to talking to women to lose my phobia.
1) A stress free opening line. “Hello, …. (insert answer here)”
2) How do I then lift the conversation on another level. E.g. If the opening line was “hello can i borrow your lighter” (please improve – see question one) or something – and I somehow managed to use that to introduce myself or something (which would be a massive success for me)- how do i Proceed? How do I make it obvious that I’m interested in more than a lighter without sounding foolish or stupid.
3) how do I then intensify the thing even more?

Can you talk me through a “pick up” – give me some advice on how to “shake off the stress” or just suggest something “easy for starters” It’s the approach and the switching from normal conversation to serious flirting that will actually go somewhere that bugs me most.

Anybody had the same problem came over it? (Without some sort of weird online coaching ebook or drugs inserted into the woman’s drink?)
