FYPCoachKaren.com (619) 440-2332 Written and produced by http My teenage years have had some big challenges. As a teenager, you struggle with issues like friends, boys, and figuring out who you are. It’s meant so much to me to have Karen as my life coach. She’s helped guide me through these years and helped me discover the strength and purpose that was always there inside me. Karen: Since 1993, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of individuals from middle school through college students, and new managers through executives and CEOs. But my passion lies in coaching teen girls and young women towards some amazing results. It’s so rewarding to me to help them find their voice, achieve their dreams, and become confident women. I enjoy seeing clients get inspired to do more than they thought possible. Jerry: As a single father, I relied on Karen to be almost like a second Mom to my daughter. She helped us with her wisdom and her support every step of the way. I’m so proud of the young woman my daughter has become. Karen: My personal and professional experiences are what make me an excellent life coach. My PhD, two Masters, and 17-year corporate experience have helped me understand the dynamics at play in young women’s lives. I’m also a certified Teen Wisdom life coach. Basically, MBA is a waste of money, many graduates can’t get an intern job, let alone formal job

Talk to counselor if you are determined to go, since CSUEB is 3rd class school, you are OK with your class and scores

“The best management training program in America”
Inc. Magazine

This is a communication to the student body on behalf of Captain (I deleted name), the Marine Corps Officer Selection Officer for New Jersey. If you are an American citizen, a full-time student, and medically & physically fit, then you may have the opportunity to lead the nation’s most elite fighting force.

Qualified applicants attend Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia. OCS is one of the best leadership development courses in the country; its challenges will develop you mentally and physically. Freshmen and sophomores attend two separate six-week summer courses. Juniors, seniors and college graduates attend a single 10-week course.

Some of the key highlights of the programs are:

PAID SUMMER TRAINING:

- Earn approximately $ 2,700.00 for each six weeks or $ 4,500.00 for the ten-week session.

EARN COLLEGE CREDITS:

- Receive up to 12 credits for OCS participation.

GUARANTEED contracts available:

- AVIATION

If you have a desire to FLY, you can secure a seat in flight school before OCS even starts.

- GROUND

If you want to keep your feet on the GROUND, there are 21 different management fields you may be interested in.

- LAWYER

If you are planning on going to LAW SCHOOL, our program can assist.

NOT ROTC:

- There are no demanding requirements during the school year – complete all training during the summer.

- You do not have to wear uniforms to class.

- This program allows you to focus on your school work, athletics, and enjoying college.

- The initial commitment is ONLY six weeks, with no long-term obligation.

- Financial assistance is available. Marine lieutenants receive starting salaries of $ 40,000-49,000 a year plus incredible benefits

- You have the CHOICE to become a Second Lieutenant in the Marine Corps upon completion of OCS and graduation from college.

Learn. Grow. Lead. You will be given levels of responsibility and authority that far exceed those seen at entry-level positions in corporate America. This is an unparalleled opportunity to see if you have what it takes to be a leader in one of the most elite organizations in the world without committing yourself to service. If you are interested in someday working for the FBI, CIA, Military, government, or as an executive in a Fortune 500 company, the PLC program may be right for you. Yes, it’s legit.

By saying you have a choice, it means that you go through the training before you make a committment, and upon graduation you would become an officer in the Marine Corps.

Dear Sir or Madam
I appreciate this opportunity to provide further background information in support of my application for entrance to the Educational Administration program at the University of Jyvaskyla for the Autumn ,2012.
My intentions are to develop myself as an internationally oriented professional and expert for the field of education and educational leadership. The most impressive and effective way of learning is given by this department .I want to have masters and PhD in educational leadership. I found practical way of learning in this department that the Learning is built on the scientific expertise and practical experiences of the participants operating in a collaborative network of universities and practitioners which impressed me a lot to get admission. And even the program is also carried out in collaboration with international partner universities, that one is the best way to be in touch with the outer world’s knowledge in educational management and leadership.
Masters and PhD in educational Leadership would surely enable me to seek job as expert and researcher in national and international programs in education, development programs, and in educational administration in my country. Although, I believe that Knowledge is Power.
Concerning the quality assurance and university Ranking among world universities is remarkable of this university .I found that this university is ranked 303 by QS World University Rankings (2010), ranked 402-503 by Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) – Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2008), ranked 374 by Times Higher Education Supplement (THES) Ranking of World Universities (2007) , ranked 401-500 by Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) – Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2006) . And the Jyvaskyla as a city itself is the site of many education-related firsts in Finland, Jyvaskyla is known as a city of schools, the Athens of Finland.
During my studies and Job experiences, I always have proved myself the best leader and manager in all types of tasks and activities. I developed, practiced, and performed leadership qualities .And I am performing my duties with all abilities at my jobs as:
From 29 Jan2011 – until now .As a Lecturer and Head of the English Department, Center for English Language and computer sciences by Chamber Of commerce and Industry ,Medina Munwarah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
From Feb-2009-to-6 dec 2010. As a Lecturer and Head of English Department in Institute “Mahad Bait Quba” Medina Munwarah
From 15-08-2005 to 30-10-2006 . As Lecturer and Hostel In charge in Army Public School & College Dadu,Ministry of Education ,Pakistan.

Although I have tried to prove myself the best at my jobs but I believe that “Top is always vacant” so I want to improve my capabilities in Organizational behaviorism, academic skills, Orientation, leadership in educational organizations etc. The ambitions which I have just exposed to you would not be realized without a solid theoretical background and a strong real world experience specialized in masters and PhD in Educational leadership while living in Finland. I am deeply convinced that research master degree course that the University of Jyvaskyla offers is the best way of concretizing this future because of its international orientation. A completion of this Master’s and PhD Degree at University of Jyvaskyla will be an excellent springboard for my future career and will provide me the knowledge and confidence to realize my dreams. Furthermore, the courses this program combines match perfectly my professional goals and academic expectations.

In conclusion, I would like to say that I like to take responsibility and to work as part of a team. I am eager to gain new experiences. In my opinion, this program is the best way to achieve that. I keep an optimistic view that the University of Jyvaskyla would be an excellent start for an ambitious Educational Leadership career.

Thank you for considering my application.

Sincerely yours,
Ghulam abbas khushik

Advice for college approach… engineering hopeful!!?

leadership development programs for college students
by RDECOM

Question by : Advice for college approach… engineering hopeful!!?
The past 4 years have ben pretty crazy… FOr my first 2 highschool years, i did drugs, flunked in school, got kicked out, dealt drugs, and all that junk….2 years ago (in the beginning of my junior year) i got sent to a leadership development program in Nevada where we have no freedoms at all (not even the privelage to speak when we soplease), and in order to graduate the program, you must first find the integrity to admit your mistakes in the past, move on from them, and take leadership in the school to demonstrate all you have learned. It takes at least a year, and ive been there 20 months. Its no joke, the enire day is structured, and there is more structure than the military, but they do not make you do physical excercises… its all mental, and your confined to a 23 acre facility, and must walk in a line structure everywhere you go. My first 2 years of highschool i cared less about school, earned a 2.0 GPA. I than got sent away to this boarding/private highschool in Nevada i mentioned. Now i have close to a 3.4, i have 35 h.s. credits, a 31 on my ACTs, (34 in math), and a 1930 on my SATs, (680 in math, i mention so because my intended major is engineering). Ive also just taken my MATH 2s, and U.S. Hist. Subj. Tests. I have all A’s and A+’s since my Junior year, and i am loaded up with all the math credits i can take, from advanced finance, to pre-calc. I also have up to physics in science (with a 95 average), and i have 2 months left at this school to finish any other classes or recourse (take failed classes over). I have played varsity sports, including X.C., which im very good at, and ive got a ton on ExtraCurriculars under my belt, being head of 3 departments in Student Council thus far. Ive been a big part of a project went to the president regarding debt, in which he replied, and we communicated on an idea of a NATIONAL lottery, and the leadership development program that i graduate from in August is also a huge plus. I also intend to apply for colleges in this september for fall 2011… what should i be doing my 2 last months of school, or up until i apply so as to make sure that i have the best chances???? Any advice in my academic, or characteristic position as to what i could be doing to best describe all that i have done, and the change i have made, and the whole 9??? School is very important to me, and im applying from schools ranging from Wesleyan, Villanova up to Brown & Duke. May sound far fetch’d, but kids out of my school have gotten into very good schools, even w/ credentials like mine, and my academic rep believes i can get in anywhere…. any info/ advice is nice… just comment if you want!!!! thankk you!!!!!

Shoot for a school with an engineering program.

Consider a military school for engineering. It sounds like you might need some help staying out of trouble.
